I ship within 48 hours except on weekends and holidays so that your order gets to you as quickly as possible.  I find most orders take 2-7 days depending on your location.  If it takes longer than that please do not hesitate to contact me so that we can start tracking it down.  Most of the time the postoffice is able to locate wayward orders if they are alerted in a timely manner.  
If an order does not meet your expectations or will not work for you please let me know when you are returning it.  Please make returns within 7 days.   
The shipping calculator is only an estimate so if you overpay I will make adjustments and refund the extra as soon as possible. 
I ship up to 6.5 yards 44 inches wide o regular cotton prints  or up to 4 yards of flannel in the flat envelope that costs 4.95.  I provide delivery confirmation.
